Cabrières d'Avignon is located just below Gordes, one of the prettiest villages in Provence and in France. A short walk from the house takes you to the post office, grocery, restaurants and a locally famous bakery.

This small, and cute village house is at the edge of the village on a quiet cul-de-sac composed of three houses. A true village house, the sitting out area is immediately in front of the house and offers both shade and sun. Le Bourg has just been renovated and is bright, clean and charming. The main living quarters are upstairs. It is one large room with a high ceiling, exposed beams, good lighting and an antique wooden cupboard plus pretty framed antique photos. The built-in kitchen is brand new and well equipped. There is a toilet and sink on this floor.

The ground floor has two bedrooms which will be cool in summer: one with a double bed, one with a double and a single. They share a bathroom that is ensuite to both with shower stall, sink and toilet. Access to the bathroom is through each bedroom only. Clients have use of the owner's pool, 300m(a 15 minute walk) from the house.
